Grand Central's web services network provides a centralized repository where applications developers can share and access web services, documentation, and reports for integration with customer relationship management software. The resulting user interface provides a dashboard view of the user's assets and code; a hierarchical directory of web services; and registration, management, and reporting tools for the user's own services.
